Follow the construction process of Beracah Homes' Pocomoke here.  This house is being built by Bay River Homes in Caroline County.  We'll keep track week by week of the progress inside and out of this spacious, 3 bedroom rancher.

February 19th

The house plans are all finished, permits have been obtained, and construction begins today in the plant.

March 18th

The plant built portion of the house is complete!  It is an exciting day for the family as their house is ready to be set on its foundation.  It is on the truck and ready for transport!

The first box is being set on the foundation.  Next is the site construction of the turn gable bumpouts, and raising the roof.

The second box is set on the foundation, and the two boxes are tied together.  The dormers are carefully set in, and the house is sealed tight!  Next will come the porch construction and exterior work!  Check back in a few days to see it!

March 25th

The siding on the back of the house is almost complete.  On the front side, shake siding is going on the bump-outs, the standard brick step is in, and the porch construction is about to begin!
