At Bay River Homes our goal is to make the process of building your new home smooth and easy for you. Our home plans are flexible, and designed to meet your needs. You can build them exactly the way they are, or you can alter them to your satisfaction. We can also custom build your home from scratch or from a set of plans you provide.

We will work with you in our office to design your home. Our plans are then submitted to Beracah Homes where a skilled draftsman will draw building plans. We will then review those plans with you and you can make any revisions you feel necessary.

Once you have settled on the design, the permit process begins. You can apply for your own permits, or we can obtain them for you.

After you've decided on the design of your house, you will make your selections for the interior. We have a variety of quality standard selections for roofing, siding, flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and fixtures. We can also upgrade any of these items to your preference. We offer everything from hardwood floors to granite countertops. Everything about building and designing your new home is your choice!
