To begin, we'll assist you in designing your home with our "in-house" Beracah Engineering department. Our qualified designers will help you put your ideas into functional blueprints.

Pricing

We provide free estimates for building your next home. Additionally, we provide a detailed contract for your review so that all your expectations will be met or exceeded. With Bay River Homes and Beracah, your pricing will not change once we start construction. Just like you, we don't want surprises.

Financing

We have an excellent, established reputation with local lenders that know us and the quality of our product. We'll work hard to help you make the right connections for financing your new home.

Lot Acquisition

We will assist you in finding a lot if you don't already have one.

Selection of Options

We have a comprehensive product selection area in our Sales Center where we will assist you with selecting everything from flooring to shingles. Bay River Homes gets tremendous pricing discounts on upgrades due to the buying power afforded through the Beracah Homes network.

Plant Tours

Bay River Homes will provide personal plant tours of our production facility in Greenwood, DE. Plant tours are not available without an appointment with an authorized representative to guide you through. You'll be amazed at the quality and speed of construction during your visit. If you want a garage, sunroom, porch or deck added to your home, we provide all these services and more once the home is "set" on the foundation.

Warranty

We provide a 10 Year Structural Warranty and a 1 Year Punch List Warranty on all our homes standard.
